The Court held the trial judge did not err: the appellant's own notebook entries and corroborating records provided sufficient prima facie evidence that he controlled the assets (flat instalments, private company shares and motor vehicle) and their values at the charge date; on that basis a prima facie disproportion to official emoluments existed and the appellant was properly called on to explain; the admitted $10,000 error in the papers to the Attorney General was not of such consequence as to vitiate the fiat.
