The judge was entitled to accept the honest and reliable evidence of the second prosecution witness (PC49328) that the applicant made admissions and, given the quantity, packaging and street value of the drugs, the only reasonable inference was possession for the purpose of trafficking; accordingly the conviction was upheld and the leave application dismissed.
