Adjudicator accepted respondent's evidence that parties agreed she could pay HK$4,400 for the period 24 February to 23 March 2012; tenancy reverted to full terms from 24 March 2012 when respondent ceased payment and thus was in breach; the May 7 order was made on the basis of incomplete facts and is therefore stayed; conditional relief from forfeiture is granted if respondent pays all arrears and costs into the Land Tribunal by 22 June 2012, failing which landlord may enforce earlier orders.
