On the evidence the court was satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that the 1st Defendant knowingly breached paragraphs 4, 5 and 6(3) of the Anton Pillar Order; the 3rd Defendant was vicariously liable for those breaches; and the 4th Defendant, as sole director and by deliberate blindness/failure to take reasonable steps, was wilfully in breach and jointly liable; the client letter was admissible and of sufficient weight to support findings.
