THE QUEEN v. KWOK KA LEUNG AND OTHERS
- Citation
- THE QUEEN v. KWOK KA LEUNG AND OTHERS
- Court
- Court of Appeal
- Case number
- CACC198/1983
Convictions were quashed because the particulars and minutes of conviction did not allege the essential 'kept' element required by s.139(b); absent an amendment to plead that element (which would have required the s.27 Magistrates Ordinance procedure) the offences were not properly alleged and convictions could not stand.
