The court refused the renewed application for leave and dismissed the appeal because the trial judge's credibility findings and evidential rulings (including admission and weight of the s79C video, assessment of recent complaint and allowance of limited re‑examination) were lawful, adequately reasoned and not plainly wrong; no basis existed to overturn the convictions for three counts of indecent assault.
