    Deliberate signing of a fraudulent consignment note was plainly dishonest under the two‑part Ghosh test and was done with a view to gain for another because it served to postpone the obligation to account or return the goods, thus satisfying s.19(1)(a) of the Theft Ordinance; therefore the magistrate's conviction was justified and the appeal must be dismissed.
