Magistrate properly applied Turnbull guidelines, found the identification parade was fairly conducted with reasonably resembling participants, accepted the credibility of the two police witnesses who had adequate opportunity to observe the seller, and therefore the identification was reliable beyond reasonable doubt; appeal dismissed.
