The Settlement Agreement created an enforceable obligation and the Petitioner established the Debt; the Debtor failed to prove a bona fide dispute on substantial grounds or any pleaded vitiating factor; contractual estoppel and the Debtor's express acknowledgement of indebtedness in the Settlement Agreement preclude denial of liability; accordingly a usual bankruptcy order was made against the Debtor.
