The plaintiff failed to prove on the evidence that the defendant converted the office premises into a godown or warehouse; the boxes occupied only a relatively small portion of the premises, there was no evidence the defendant ceased to use the premises as an office and storage was consistent with the defendant's export business under clause 2(m), therefore the claim for forfeiture and related relief was dismissed.
