Because the Plaintiff withdrew the springboard injunction and adduced no evidence of a real risk that the Defendants would continue unlawful acts or destroy/tamper with documents, the court refused to extend the Preservation Order to future documents and limited preservation to documents existing from 1 August 2010 up to the date of the hearing; costs were ordered against the Plaintiff for the adjournment and wasted hearings and the Plaintiff was ordered to pay costs of the springboard application.
