Master accepted the plaintiffs' evidence that they acted reasonably to mitigate loss by attempting to market the Suite in its existing condition, obtaining competitive quotations and proceeding to reinstate only when there was no interest; the claimed reinstatement costs and periodic charges were reasonable and supported by documentary evidence, and therefore the full claimed amounts for reinstatement, loss of rent, management and air-conditioning charges and government rates were awarded together with interest and costs.
