Applicants failed to discharge the burden of proof that the 3rd Applicant was born in Malaysia to a Malaysian parent, was an abandoned child, or was stateless; the Registrar's alteration of the NBC under s.27(3) RBDA was within statutory power to correct false particulars and did not constitute deprivation of a proven citizenship; accordingly the originating summons is dismissed.
