Court held prosecution established prima facie possession for drugs found in the accused's room (s.12(2) ADB 1952) but failed to prove a prima facie case linking the accused to the drugs found in the Honda City such that trafficking under s.39B ADB 1952 could be made out; the cautioned statement under s.37B(1)(b) was unreliable in the circumstances and forensic evidence did not support control/knowledge of the vehicle items, therefore the prosecution failed on the trafficking charge.
