Plaintiff lacked locus standi and legal capacity to sue as sole plaintiff because the land was registered in 23 names and plaintiff failed to demonstrate she was authorised to represent the other co-owners; the statutory declarations relied upon were inadmissible hearsay in an originating summons and did not confer authority; consequently the originating summons disclosed no reasonable cause of action and was plainly unsustainable and therefore must be struck out under O.18 r.19 KKM 2012.
