The Court affirmed conviction because the cumulative affirmative links—drugs concealed in a bag found on the bed in the appellant's hotel room, the appellant's passport and personal items found in proximity and producing matching DNA, CCTV showing appellant entering/exiting alone, and appellant's evasive conduct at the raid—established custody, control and knowledge beyond reasonable doubt; P32 was admissible under s.32(1)(i) and the mixed DNA profile did not prove presence of another identified occupant.
