Driver and owner of the lorry were negligent for leaving the lorry stationary with part of it on the carriageway without adequate warnings; the deceased was contributorily negligent to the extent of 30% for failing to keep proper lookout; appeal allowed in part to reduce defendants' liability to 70%; the trial court's assessment of RM195,000 for loss of support was not erroneous and is affirmed.
