Josephine, L K Chow & Co. as a whole from representing the appellant because the appellant is a partner of the firm, the branch could not be treated as a separate entity given partnership law and the firm's representation of adverse interests, and therefore the firm’s continued representation would create a real conflict of interest and risk to professional independence and administration of justice; section 7 Partnership Act and relevant LPPER rules support disqualification.
