RM157.93 per square foot), increasing the compensation to RM20,171,609.25 (an uplift of RM1,181,609.25 over the Land Administrator's award); the untimely affidavit filed by the Respondent was not considered due to lack of service; the appeal notice was limited to quantum and is subject to the s.49(1) proviso regarding appeals from awards of compensation.
