Magistrate's finding that service was regularly effected (supported by AR card and compliance with Rule 10 KKM 2012) was correct; appellant failed to demonstrate lack of knowledge or prompt action and did not disclose a meritorious defence on affidavit. Therefore the magistrate did not err in refusing to set aside the default judgment and the appeal is dismissed.
