The High Court dismissed the judicial review in full: transfers are a non-justiciable management prerogative absent a disguised punitive effect; challenges to the disciplinary arrest and charge were premature because the Applicant failed to exhaust the statutory revision remedy under Section 130 of the Armed Forces Act 1972; consequently Reliefs 1–4 were dismissed and costs awarded to Respondents.
