Where the notice of a board meeting specified the business, the board cannot validly discuss or decide a matter not on that agenda; because the alleged removal was not on the agenda, the failure to notify the plaintiff breached natural justice and rendered the removal void, therefore the plaintiff’s reliefs are granted.
