Plaintiffs failed to discharge the burden to prove forgery or that the bank breached duties; bank evidence of signature verification and absence of corroborative expert or primary evidence supporting forgery rendered SPA and accompanying authorisation valid; consequently SPA is binding and purchasers entitled to specific performance while plaintiffs' claims for declaratory relief and damages are dismissed.
