The court exercised its discretion under s.145 NLC to order partition of the jointly owned land and selected the plaintiffs' alternative plan MS-1 as the just, practical and economic division because it preserves Defendant 6's house built by the Majlis Agama Islam Kelantan, avoids disproportionate hardship, and reasonably accommodates the co-owners despite historical 'kawasan rentahan' not being exclusive or recorded boundaries.
