Appeal dismissed: Sessions Court did not exceed monetary jurisdiction because each individual LAD claim was within the RM1,000,000 limit; absent a valid YDPA assignment s59(2) confers territorial jurisdiction so transfer of judge did not render judgment void; the RM10,000 LOI payment was substantively a booking fee triggering LAD from the date of payment; LAD must be calculated on the purchase price stated in the SPA and rebates cannot reduce LAD liability.
