On the balance of probabilities the plaintiff failed to prove incapacity, fraud or procedural impropriety; EPF complied with statutory procedures and the biometric verification and contemporaneous records sufficiently established that the deceased executed the nomination, therefore the registered nomination is valid and payment to the nominee constituted a valid discharge, dismissing the plaintiff's claim.
