The court found that circumstances had materially changed and considered the child's best interests as paramount; however the child's expressed wish and the stability provided by the Respondents weighed heavier than the Applicant's biological status and improved circumstances, therefore the original custody order of 30.1.2023 remains in force but is varied to grant the Applicant limited monthly supervised visitation in a public setting.
