The Defendants (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 7th) breached their duty of care by failing to adequately assess and refer the injury, by unreasonably delaying definitive surgical treatment and by delaying initiation of physiotherapy; those breaches materially contributed to the Plaintiff's prolonged harm including CRPS and attract liability and damages; the 4th, 5th and 6th Defendants are excluded from liability on the specific factual findings.
