The Court held that the 8.10.2021 Consent/Compromise Order effectively admitted the applicant's RM1,425,000 claim so no fresh POD was required; WWF's insistence on a new POD was untenable and barred by res judicata; accordingly the joint liquidators were directed to pay 65% of the admitted POD (RM926,250) and to convene a creditors' meeting, the orders being made pursuant to Companies Act/insolvency principles and the binding Court Order.
