The court held that the plaintiffs failed to establish a public policy breach and had waived the right to challenge tribunal composition by not raising statutory objections in time, but the arbitrator made an award for miscellaneous costs outside the pleaded submission so that nominal RM100,000 portion of the award was set aside; otherwise the plaintiffs' originating summons to set aside the award was dismissed.
