Consolidation of the judicial separation and divorce petitions was justified under O.4 r.1 ROC because they involve the same parties, same children, common core issues and similar procedural stages so consolidation saves time and cost; the consent ad interim order as recorded bound the parties on prayers 1 and 2 so those were not open to re-argument; PW proved on balance of probabilities use of the access card and RH failed to contradict the sworn assertion, entitling PW to the interim injunction ordering return of the access card with costs.
