The Court held the High Court did consider and correctly evaluate the pathologist's evidence (PW12) and that the cumulative circumstantial and forensic evidence established the elements of s.300(c) Penal Code (intentional infliction of bodily injury sufficient in the ordinary course of nature to cause death); defences of grave and sudden provocation and insanity were not made out; conviction for murder and death sentence were upheld.
