The Court found no irrationality or procedural impropriety: the applicant failed to produce supporting evidence for absence on 13-14 February 2023, unlawfully disobeyed a valid transfer order despite repeated accommodations, the disciplinary process complied with the 2010 Regulations and rules of natural justice, and dismissal was within the range of lawful penalties for insubordination and absence without leave; accordingly the judicial review application was dismissed.
