Because the High Court dismissed the plaintiff's Order 18 r.19(1) application on 6 October 2022 after the amendment to section 68 took effect on 1 October 2022, section 68(1)(f) now precludes appeals to the Court of Appeal in such cases; accordingly the Notice of Appeal dated 25 October 2022 is irregular, invalid and of no legal effect.
