The court found the plaintiffs failed to prove wilful non-compliance beyond reasonable doubt because the judgment sum of RM384,356.00 was shown to have been satisfied by set-off arrangements and regularised by a direct bank transfer on 31.01.2025; therefore committal for contempt was unjustified and the defendants' application to set aside the ex parte committal permission succeeded.
