At the interlocutory stage the court will provisionally entertain the plaintiffs' standing on grounds of necessity given the pleaded 50:50 deadlock and alleged misconduct by the controlling director; plaintiffs established a prima facie good arguable case and the three Mareva criteria, and satisfied the stringent Anton Piller criteria with adequate safeguards; consequently the ex parte Mareva injunction and Anton Piller order were correctly granted and are affirmed, and related applications to set aside or stay are dismissed as academic.
