On the balance of probabilities the court found the defendants' documentary evidence and pleaded position established the correct calculation of the 30% deposit; plaintiff failed to prove payment of SR1,692,137.40 and did not rebut defendants' account that only SR2,574,656.57 of SR5,449,701.97 was paid, hence the court adopted the defendants' computation (30% of SR2,170,000 = SR651,000) and the delay penalty as determined.
