On the totality of the facts the Court found serious issues to be tried on conversion, held damages would be inadequate because the cylinders were exposed to wear and tear and might be unsafe and the balance of convenience favoured Plaintiff; consequently a mandatory interlocutory injunction ordering return of the cylinders was justified subject to usual undertaking as to damages.
