Because the Defendant had agreed in affidavit to transfer two named properties and the Bangsar House provided adequate security for disputed claims, the Court ordered the Defendant to obtain the necessary discharge and transfer the two properties to the Plaintiff and ordered the release of one half of the estate bank funds to the Plaintiff; the Court also converted the originating summons into a writ action to determine disputed income and expenditure accounts.
