The only issue before the Court was adequacy of compensation; the resumption was not attacked directly and collateral attack was impermissible. The Superintendent’s valuation and award were within the assessed market range whether referenced to the section 47 or section 48 date, and therefore the appellants were not entitled to a higher award. The appeal is dismissed and the Superintendent’s award stands.
