The Court dismissed the plaintiff's applications and allowed the 1st Defendant's application to set aside the ex-parte injunction because the plaintiff failed to prove that the 1st Defendant's call on the PB was unconscionable on the facts; the plaintiff's limited corrective disclosures did not invalidate the ex-parte order; and the proper construction of paragraph 4 of the PB permits demand within three months after the expiry date (until 30.7.2024).
