The Court of Appeal held that section 469(1)(c) CA 2016 gives the High Court power to make 'any other order as the Court thinks fit' on hearing a winding-up petition, and that a conditional order that a company will be wound up on a future date if it fails to satisfy a payment condition is a valid ancillary order related to winding up; the conditional order of 5.8.2020 giving Prolink until 5.1.2021 to pay was lawful, the condition was fair and related to the winding-up petition, and the appeal was dismissed.
