The Court of Appeal upheld the trial judge's findings: on the totality of unchallenged evidence (DNA on personal items, large quantities of drugs and processing equipment, tenancy indicators and seizure circumstances) the appellants had joint possession, control and knowledge of the drugs; omissions in the charge (s.34) and failure to call certain family members were not fatal; no palpable or overriding error in the trial judge's credibility assessments warranted appellate intervention, therefore convictions and sentences stand.
