Defendant, licensed only under Chapter 1 LCP, performed invasive nasal implant trimming and ear cartilage grafting outside his authorised scope, failed to disclose his licence limitations, thereby breaching the standard of care; that breach caused the Plaintiff's continuing infection and injury and the Defendant is liable for compensatory and exemplary damages.
