The Court held that the consent/compromise order dated 8.10.2021 admitted the applicant's debt and therefore a fresh proof of debt was not required; WWF's insistence on a new POD and withholding 65% of the claim pending the next dividend exercise was untenable and contrary to the Court Order and applicable insolvency provisions, and the liquidators were directed to pay 65% of the applicant's admitted claim and to call a creditors' meeting as ordered.
