Termination of the share purchase agreement extinguished the Defendants' registrable/beneficial interest which was the sole basis for their private caveats; accordingly the Court must order removal of the caveats under National Land Code sections 327 and 340 and an appeal by the Defendants does not prevent cancellation of the caveats.
