A valid sponsorship contract existed; Defendant First breached its express contractual obligations by enrolling in training without approval, failing to submit the required NOR and failing to complete the appeal process after automatic status change; Plaintiff had provided opportunities consistent with the contract; as a result Plaintiff suffered recoverable loss in the amount of RM94,214.00 which the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay, with interest and costs as ordered.
