The court exercised its powers under section 4(6)(a) and (b) of the Debtors Act 1957 after considering the oral testimony of the director and concluded there was a sufficient basis to order periodic instalments (RM25,000 monthly from June 2025) and a specified lump sum (RM1,000,000 by 31 January 2026) as realistic means for the judgment debtor to satisfy the consent judgment.
