The Sessions Court was correct to find that the cause of action, contract formation, performance and payment obligations were centred in Taiwan and the respondent resided there; consequently Malaysian courts lack sufficient connection and jurisdiction and Taiwan is the forum conveniens, so the High Court will not interfere with the Sessions Court decision.
