The Court of Appeal affirmed the High Court's discretionary decision to allow joinder because the amended statement of claim and supporting affidavit showed that the 6th and 7th Defendants were necessary parties for a complete adjudication of the dispute, no demonstrable prejudice was shown that could not be compensated by costs, and the issues raised against the proposed parties were triable matters to be tested at full trial; therefore appellate interference was unwarranted.
